Rohit Kumar

Born and raised in Kamloops, Rohit brings deep local knowledge and a performance-driven mindset to commercial real estate sales and advisory.

As part of RE/MAX Commercial, Rohit focuses on the operational and financial side of commercial assets—understanding how leases, expenses, tenant performance, and risk management impact value both today and long term.

Rohit is a CPM Candidate (Certified Property Manager) through IREM, completing advanced training in asset performance, financial reporting, and professional real estate operations. This background allows him to advise clients with a clear understanding of how decisions at the transaction stage affect ongoing performance, financing, and exit strategy.

His approach is proactive, detail-oriented, and grounded in transparency—helping owners minimize risk, protect NOI, and position their assets for sustained growth.
